Cant go into My WeGame Videos

 It's fine, thank you for your assistance. :)

There's no thumbnail display on my explorer. It simply shows the file name, file size, dimensions, time last edited.

 Getting the same problem, and tried pretty much all the same things. I didn't get K-Lite because it's way too bloated, but I got this: http://www.free-codecs.com/Motion_JPEG_C... which should be the same thing.

 i got it to work and i can view the videos now but it crashes when i add them to windows movie maker.. movie maker crashes.

 when i download Codec gets a error when complete and doesnt work

Try using a video editor other than movie maker. Movie maker is super buggy at times and is known to crash even for stuff it does support. Look at this list to find a number of free alternatives:

 for windows xp, go to your control panel then open folder options, click on the view tab, UNCHECK "remember each folders view settings" hit apply, problem solved.
