Alright here is my problem. WoW, Counter-Strike:Source, and Second Life all crash when I press the record button in game. I've tried different resolutions and window/fullScreen with no luck.

Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2400+
RAM: 1.5 GB
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9600
OS: Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3

My brothers computer can record the games mentioned above perfectly fine. I have used the record feature on his computer and I very much enjoy your software. I hope this problem gets resolved soon. And Thanks for this great product!!

Great to see you've already tested different games. I don't know if any of them would have generated a crash log though (I know Valve and Blizzard have their own logging and I think I've seen similar in SL)
Can you check in C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\WeGame\logs (replace user with your username) and see if there's an "echelon_error.log" present?
If you see such a file there, email it to help@wegame.com so I can take a look at it. I think you're probably running into the same problem some other users do, which appears to be fixed in our current testing versions...

Alright the file you mentioned does exist, I'll send a email as soon as I'm done writing this message. I noticed 'SUSPECT MODULE: vguimatsurface.dll' in the error log. looks like maybe that's the culprit?
I hope to see the new version soon =)
