5GB Video broken -.-*

hi, i made today a video in "Silkroad Online" we had guildwar and won :D But after that i want to open the video... i recorded 1hour and video size is 5GB i tried all players and i cant open it.... please help me |

So what exactly is happening? Is the video just not showing up when you try to play it? Can you play back smaller video recordings on your computer? Depending on the specs of your cpu, it might just be the case that you're computer can't handle playing back a 5GB video file. Can you play other video files of a similar size? |

Uh, open it in WMM or whatever and make it smaller.

AVI files cannot be over 4gb. http://www.avi-io.com/2_4_gig_issue.htm We should probably add code to prevent you from recording videos that are too large... but, for now, just record a few shorter segments and combine them in a movie editor. You may be able to recover the first 4gb of the video (since each frame is a separate JPEG image)... try opening it in VirtualDub.
