cl_drawhud 0
r_drawviewmodel 0
Set them to '1' to bring them back.

Fuzzypandas, ever heard of the built in source recorder in all source games? ;)
You can record HD videos with maxed out graphics (yes, even AA and AF maxed out) even on crappy computers with it.:) Just google for some tutorials. And no, this isn't a joke.
