what about seeing if it is possible to use wegame on a 360/ps3/wii
all these consoles have an internet conection, so people could record there console videos and then upload them directly to there wegame account.
i dont know if this is possible or how much work you need to do getting microsoft to let you do this, but i thought it mite be a good idea
:)

That would be quite hard. There would be other ways to record footage from your game console. You could get a capture card, hook the console up to your PC and record the video and audio signals - that'd be easier; but once again, you'd need a lot of hard drive space, and a very decent computer.

Well To Me, lik Brett said. It can be impossible and Wegame Company CAN be sued for it. (meaning if they hack it so the people can record it.

What a advantage i think could let wegamers RECORD on their own thing is that they could make a script for Xbox live, Meaning that it would cost some microsoft points to buy it. It will allow you to record the game, Upload the game, (Etc)

The way and how it will be recorded is add a thing onto the Xbox Menu (the main one when u press the big X thing ingame or otherwise) To allow easy acess to record and stop, Wegame could also make it to Make the Xbox live Go Away. (the gamertag, Blacking out your Game name in X Menu by using a script making it look for what menu it is in then black it out) this WOULD only work for the X menu in singleplayer, On Online and that it would screw it up badly.

Maybe allow Voice Network? Allowing you to tell the instructions In the game for people on what to do or just to fool around, Besides if not we can add it later by putting up sony vegas, Windows Movie maker. Etc.

To Upload will allow it to do the same thing, when it stops it will automatically upload to your computer (yes this may slow down Xbox live and online multiplayer things, To Avoid Lag issues with cheating and crap it Could Disconnect you or disallow you whilst its uploading, (pretty fast in most cases taking 5-10 mins)

Note: This REQUIRES a Xbox live hookup for it. I estiamate this recorder if it goes online to be 1k of microsoft points.

Hell it may be impossible to do, Hell you may need master coders and things. Sorry for ruling out the PS3, its just that i think it cannot be done with it. With the Wii it could take a decent modding to.

So true, Be awsome microsoft add this to its xbox 360, I came up with a good description of it. Might even perk microsofts ears about them saying "Hmm? A Recorder device for the xbox 360?"

Wegame would be awesome on consoles, if they ended up makeing that decion, they should start with the wii, because with wii ware they are most indie dev friendly, but wegame should stay on pc, show us pc gamers some love

Recording on consoles is a cool idea but it takes a lot to implement. In addition you have to wonder where are you going to store your videos? If you're recording on the Wii you can barely store anything since all it has are flash sticks. Even on the PS3 and 360 an 80gig hard drive can fill up pretty quickly if you're using it for recording and other stuff. In my opinion we're just not at that point where it is really possible to record on consoles yet.
It's the letter "O" not the number 0.
