"Follow This Topic" needs tweaking

The whole "Follow This Topic" feature needs tweaking or more features. It's automatic isn't it? Either way, it needs to be adjusted because I forget that it pops on sometimes and I don't like coming home to an inbox full of WEGAME.com emails.

EDIT: I decided that "features" wasn't the best word to use. I really meant "options". I'd like a couple general options in "My Profile" that would allow the user to turn off the "Follow This Topic" feature completely or something like that.
