Compiled Updated "Help" Section

I've noticed there were some new questions asked in the questions section of the site and i could imagine without a search capability these would get asked often, possibly if you added them to the "help" page (as well as made that more accessible from the website, not only the client) then it would save a lot of time for the moderators. you could even just add it at the bottom of what you have now in a different section
