Since the RTS genre is really stale (unless you're South Korean), WiC is now going all like "lets let you trial the full multiplayer game until March 26th". http://www.fileplanet.com/184973/180000/... Discuss.

IDK, WiC just wasn't my cup of tea. I could run it with all settings on high it looked great!... but I just couldn't really get into the gameplay. But that was just the single-player demo so idk...

World in Conflict is not an RTS, it's an RTT--real-time tactical. And it's a damn fine game. I highly recommend it if you're a fan of fast action and big explosions.

I have the game but still didn't beat it. It doesn't really appeal to me for some reason...but I haven't tried the online yet.

It has a lot of good ideas though, such as drop-in multiplayer (unheard of in an RTS).

my god,... i got it too, BUT... i rather have "Laptop in Conflict" then WiC cant say if its good or not, just have seen it while my brother has played. |

Yeah I DL'd the demo again and played some multiplayer and IDK... I just have a hard time getting into the whole RTT aspect I guess.
