"So I'm really excited for StarCraft 2, but I've never really played the original StarCraft. Would it be worth it to pick up the StarCraft Battlechest?"


Dude! I wish I had read this sooner.. hell yeah buy Starcraft! Its better then ANY RTS game out there right now. Nothing has a chance of giving you a better more fun RTS experience until SC2 comes out :)

It's only like $10 now, and $10 for the expansion pack.


And anyways I predict SC2 being released the end of this year anyways so you have all summer to enjoy the single-player and get some multiplayer games in.

 starcraft is indeed good, just don't try to be to annoyed with the graphics :x

@Proz: You know, when I heard that it was a 10-year-old game, I thought I was gonna hate the graphics, but really, I kinda like them :X

 Grafix are nice in BW in SC2 tanks looks liek toys not war machines.
