need help aion record

hey dudes i really dont know how this program works
everytime when i push my record button aion crashed :> what i do wrong ??

sry 4 my bullshit englisch but i really need help

i did everything what i found in this help center... i did run wegame on administrator mode... i changed the record qualli.. i changed the record button.. i did this one " --debug" i anyone know what i can do please write it ;/
