help computer wont turn on

My computer did this a while ago. Open it up and if you have a graphics card, make sure the connection from the graphics card to the motherboard is clean. I took out my graphics card and cleaned off the graphics card with rubbing alcohol and then i cleaned out the pci e slot and it worked fine. This happened when my power went out combined with it being extremely hot.

i fixed it and i only said it was a surge because i did not want to look like a dumb a~~ for turning it off during update. but thanks for helping.
