Yeah what she said, also your list fails as the optical MX500+ engine from Logitech is actually the best tracking system, making the MX518 the best gaming mouse in pure tracking power (on a OCED 1000hz usb port, but still :D). Optical is also less finicky vs laser with surface and tracking consistency.

I use a G5 and I love it.

The Razer one is the one I'd pick. I don't think Logitechs make good mice, they make good keyboards though.

I love the G9. What more could you ask for? The thing is loaded beyond belief. Razers are the fail and have had a reputation for breaking quickly without being very comfortable. Maybe they have rectified the issue, but they used to get bad reviews for quite awhile.
