I bought it when it came to the store, and I still haven't got it.
People say that we shall e-mail help@wegame.com. I've sent them about 3 e-mails, but no replys.

Saying "Take it easy, you haven't paid for it" doesn't help. I used money from my mobile.

I REALLY want to try it, but when do I get it?

Keep sending e-mails to help@wegame.com and if they won't answer mail them personally

Even though they may not reply to your e-mail that's the only way to go. Nobody here can help you but the staff can. And the way to contact the staff is, you guessed, mail help@wegame.com. They've probably read your mail even though they haven't replied.
