Where's my Prototype game?

I've sent them about 3 e-mails, but no replys. Saying "Take it easy, you haven't paid for it" doesn't help. I used money from my mobile. I REALLY want to try it, but when do I get it?

And the way to contact the staff is, you guessed, mail help@wegame.com. They've probably read your mail even though they haven't replied. Forum Moderator and Member.
