Hmmm, I like the sound of that! Though that does worsen the problem of content that is "Misc Gaming" being in the wrong category when the new category gets built.
What if there were an extra field for Misc games where you say what the game is? Make it an optional field and tell us to NOT use abbreviations. Then, when you add a new game, you can use that field to move content into the correct category. You'll still miss some when people make a typo in the game name, but it would be better than nothing.

I think the forums could use some more features in general. I would like a way to PM people or to have a general forum search.
Also, there should be more catagories with subtopics.

Regarding the flash player:
1)Add ability to skip to any part of the video and start streaming from that point on.
2)Move playback controls under below the video. That way they are visible at all times, but do not interfere with the video.
Other stuff:
1) Add more tags for more precise browsing? Perhaps sub-tags underneath existing tags: ex. comedy, drama etc. under machinima or something.
2)Move "Featured Creators" to their own special page, so as not to obscure related content view on every single video/screenshot page.
Replacing that small bit with more previews from the same creator as the content being viewed, or more previews of related content would be nice.

Is it just me or is wegame loosing its main aspect/use. Its still there but its like forum talk and game days and inside jokes have taken over the site. Which is why i hate you all!
Wegame should go back to its original state, to many poitnless features and stuff now. WeGame should just give up on World of wegame or w/e and just focus on getting attention on there video hosting and recording programs.
One gaming company i really think are smart is "Suba Games". They make free games, but have buyable content in the games. And they have video contest for users to do. Each like 2 weeks they give a new contest. One is like make a short story/commerical about our game called CrossFire with the theme glory. And they give them suba points "points that you buy with real money, to the top like 10 people. I was interested and read the rules and i noticed that it said upload to "YOUTUBE ONLY"...
I started thinking and realized they were going after publicity, and using the contest help them in a way.. And its youtube only because they are the biggest video website on the net.
Why doesn't WeGame do something like this... I have yet to find any advertisements about wegame anywhere(other than the random video on youtube saying "recorded with wegame").
Anyways im just saying WeGame should get down to business and stop with this World of WeGame and pointless stuff. And get some more attention on what this site should be. Only new feature I like is the levels... its different than the normal post count. But get rid of the gold....
Also since people say I dont give my opnion and just say what I think is true. STFU I just dont like saying IMO every friken post.

you can spot a good moviemaker/etc by seeing their title/achieves.

there are lots of vid sites on the net, each one is unique.
this site has a target demographic more twards the gamer community, so ofc we're not gonna have as many hits as YouTube, which has vids about everything.
you have some valid points, and its good to hear everyone's opinion though :)

how did you get money for points out of that?
you cant trade subapoints into cash.... you can only buy suba points...
And they give out like $15 dollars worth of subapoints to first place.

well since you posted again... You have to realize that all the games they have are free... And like 85% of the content is free. But for a game like crossfire all of it is free, but you only get 100k to buy guns ( the average gun costing like 30k) so if you want more guns than like 3 or 4 than you buy SP(subapoints) and you can buy some gp and unlocks. They also have a MMO and like 3 other games. I think its 5 in total with 1 new one coming out.
All you have to do is pay like $5 and you can experience the entire game. But first just play it and see if its worth your time. They have to make money too....
