Query on Forum Rules Clarification

Hhoky The Noob Level 13 32 Posts 1 month ago Permalink Report	I have a few questions on Wegames Forum rules, as well as their rules for Forum Moderators and am unsure where to ask them. I have just pawed through the Terms of Service (sorry for the fingerprints, they were good choco doughnuts though :P ) as well as any and all "Stickies" "Locked posts" and "Rule Posts" My first question is, should this be something I contact Wegame about? (currently when ever I try to access the help contact however I get this report - Secure Connection Failed help.wegame.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for *.pbwiki.com (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain) ) Since Wegame currently has no way to contact a specific individual other than their Comment Wall, should I post here? Is there a better forum suited for this topic? Thanks in advance. ~Hh

That should be everything you need to know, Moderators cannot ban without some form of process and it has to be something really, REALLY bad. As to the error: If you have questions or problems help@wegame.com is the best place to go, and for client support first try http://help.wegame.com/ and if that doesn't help then feel free to email help@wegame.com :) Most things get solved through email. Hhoky The Noob Level 13 32 Posts 1 month ago Permalink Report	Um, Thank you Kromus. As I said, I have already read the posts, and there is nothing on the help pages about forums/rules. I am grateful for the email address, as the link to it is not working due to a weird security certificate thing. I was just unsure if it was safe to post here about rule questions and policies, or should I contact Wegame directly. I have been here a long time, and I have seen a bit of contradictory things, and naturally I have questions, but Wegame hasn't made it very easy to get those questions answered, and I'de hate to bother them through e-mail when I'm sure they are busy with actual problems/fixes and support.

When I go to the link posted above, and click on the side bar for "Contact Us" is when I receive the Security Warning. All other links there are fine however. (Edit - even once I sign into the help site I still receive the error from any "Contact" link )
