Heya..
So, I saw something on TV yesterday that pissed me off , BIG TIME! They interviewed a girl, for having so many talents @.@ And they were Drawing and Designing .. So much for too many .. Well that's not it.. Her dream was to be able to write some nice Arabic poems * Arabic poems are too hard * AND GUESS WHAT?!
I talked to
-my Arts teacher of course about that , and he said my drawings are way better than hers @.@
-The multimedia supervisor in the school came to me and talked to me about that and he said my designs are WAY better than her's ..
-My Arabic teacher and gave em a poem I wrote a year ago , and he said he's going to let me read it in the morning assembly next week..
OK I'm seriously pissed off ... I ACHIEVED HER DREAM! and I'm Way better than her in everything ! And I'm 5 YEARS YOUNGER THAN HER!! I SHOULD BE ON TV NOT HER!!
Damn I'm soooo mad! Knowing that someone's way worse than you in everything and that person gets to be on TV .. Dammit!
(( I understand that some people may think of this as SPAM but I'm pissed off and I gotta write it somewhere + some arrogance won't hurt :P))

Hey I'm one of those perfectness seekers!
I can't let THAT woman be better than I am :O Besides .. Being OK with everything around you and everyone who gets better than you will get you no where .. And you'll stay in your place while others go farther and farther :O
Still mad... Not jealous but MAD.. Well let her be on TV but I should be on TV too :( ON A BETTER CHANNEL than the one she was on **EVIL FACE!**

If I were in your position? I'd just think: "Well, I know I'm better than her. The fact that she in on TV doesn't matter."
Seriously, if you want to be on TV you need to contact them yourself most of the time. How would they know about you being good if you don't tell them? It isn't very often that a TV company contacts you without you notifying them first.

I agree with Zorlac. I see people on tv and at first I think, "Man, I can do better then that." Just like you, but there is always more to it then that. The fact of the matter is that possibly yes you could do more, so what, she is the one who got on tv, she is the one working towards her dreams, and you should be happy for her, not jealous.

I see shitty musicians, shitty artists, people who have so called 'talent' on the TV all the time - while knowing that I am CLEARLY superior to them. A 1 year old playing Smoke on the Water poorly is "talent"? Fuck TV, it's a general waste of time.
Don't let it get to you, that girl had her 15-minutes of fame. You will have yours.

Yeah, gonna have to agree with the mass majority here. You should be happy for her, not mad. Plus, she's a girl... They're going to pick a girl over a guy any day if she has talents. That's just how it is... Unless the dude discovered a cure for cancer or something like that, they're not going to make a big deal about it. I saw something on this news channel at our school last week about some guy finding out that energy drinks do nothing at all to make you hyper as far as physical activity goes. If a girl did that, she'd be on the mainstream media in a second. It sucks that it's that way, but it is.

It's a talent discovery show thing THEY seek talented people ^-^
I'm not jealous of her ... I'm just mad that I didn't get noticed :( Knowing that I've been in competitions like hell for a while .. Got ranked 1st on the country so many times and still not just a peekie weekie interview with me :( I wanna get noticed people .. And Chad , we're not sexist here ^-^ The day my country was made the president said that all men and women are equal .. This of course means that women are better than what they thought of her ... But that's a very well known speech and all men and women are equal in my country ^-^ But I'd like too see men making a "General Men Union" The General women union is pissing me off too @.@ I want a union too :O
And I am still MAD! Must do something big :O ... Bigger than what've already done :O
