So I'm looking to purchase new headphones since mine are mono. I want to get surround of course, but I have a limit of about 100 bucks. Any suggestions?
I also have like 10 USB ports for USB surround if you guys need more choices to find something.
I'm looking for just headphones if at all possible as I have a desk mic hat works well enough.

I've got the Behringer HPS3000 studio headphones. They're brilliant, and you won't believe the price (€25/$35), but I wouldn't recommend using them for 'normal' stuff like games and movies.
By the way, surround sound in headphones is silly. Tyical headphone connections (usually minijacks) only allow for a left and right signal. All your headphones do is 'widen' the sound field, but it is by no means a real 5.1 system. You're just throwing away money. Only a USB-headphone system can deliver true surround sound, but that'll just use up another port (I've already have most of my 10 ports used :S), and is usually expensive.
I've already tested a lot of headphones, and my Behringers are both the cheapest and (almost) the best. They're a bit big though.

Well, my sound card has the ports for surround as illustrated in this picture of my audio jacks:

3.5mm jacks don't have surround, I know this. But I think I found the headphones I'm getting. Razer Barracuda HP-1 headphones.
Also, LOL at the fact those headphones have a quater inch TRS input version. I use a lot of TRS for running a sound board.

As far as I know, you're gonna need an adapter that'll change the DVI-like connector to seperate minijacks for the surround channels. You'll have to spend a lot of time behind your tower if you want to switch to your speakers (or not, if you don't have any).
Those headphones also take one of your USB ports, to drive an amp inside a headphone system (lol!?), which you won't use because it'll be too loud. Putting an amp inside a pair of headphones is gonna result in hearing loss over time, mine are already loud enough (I'm usually on 10%-20% of my master volume). I wouldn't dare to use 'em on 100%, let alone with an amp making it even worse.
I find those headphones to be way too bloated. You'll need millions of connections for them, and I find it hard to believe they'll sound better than any studio monitoring headphones. But they seem pretty decent from what I've read. The price is hilarious though, you just pay for the fancy LED's.

The barracuda COMES with the DVI splitter of course, so that's not too big a problem, and I don't have speakers since I do alot of gaming and nobody want to hear gunfire and zombies dying when they're not playing themselves. I know sound well enough to adjust it perfectly, I was just looking for personal inputs.

Oh well, that's mine. ^^
Anyway, I still think you can get better sound for a lower price, but of course, it won't look so flashy. :P

Well, it'll also go well with my set of Razer mouse and keyboard, plus i can buy it for less than 60 bucks.

I bought a pair of Rosewill headphones for about $50, they're amazing. They don't have a mic, or anything (I really should get one of those shouldn't I?), but they're soooo good.

I have this headset: http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Labs-HS-8...
It's the "Creative Labs HS-800 Fatal1ty Gaming Headset". I have it for 1,5 years now, totally happy with it. Sounds great, especially with my X-Fi Fatal1ty Xtreme Gamer's ability for CMSS3D (virtual surround sound, sounds MUCH more real than my old 5.1 USB headset did).
