I found this a couple years ago (in video form) and I thought I'd share. I've converted it into text and picture form.
Basically, it's frozen bananas and milk blended together. It's simple, healthy, and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1. Two bananas
2. 1/3 of a cup of milk.
TOOLS
1. A blender
2. A spoon
3. A knife
4. A large plate
Step 1:
Take the bananas and cut them into chips. Maybe a couple centimeters thick. Doesn't really matter as long as they're not too big.
Step 2:
Put them on a plate, preferably without them touching one another, and throw them in the freezer. Around two hours should be long enough.

Step 3:
Get your milk ready. I used 1/3 of a cup. This resulted in a semi-thick (a little liquidy) consistency. Use what suits your tastes.

Step 4:
Drop the bananas in your blender.

Step 5:
Add your milk.

Step 6:
Blend! Use your spoon to stir it if necessary.

Step 7:
Consume!

(You can put it in the freezer for a couple minutes to thicken it up if you think it's too liquidy).
