Well PCI won't work with a laptop, though a USB one probably will.
It's the letter "O" not the number 0.

It also comes with some great software. Both the Diamond and the Dazzle have a max FPS of 30 (Shooter games should be fine). Heads up though, Brawl's Smash Moves are performed at 34-42 FPS. So any Smash Move you do, you will not record.
