There are already some devices that can record console gameplay. Though they are pretty expensive.

you can get a tv tuner card or plain recording card for $40 australian put it in a pci slot plug your xbox into it and you will be playing in a window in your computer that can capture


just make sure it has the right ports set as input and read but as it isnt a feature on all the cards
