Well it seems I have a problem. On Windows Movie Maker (Yeah I'm cheep) I upload my video and on the preview before adding it to the timeline it works fine.

After adding it to the timeline on Windows Movie Maker it shows up black. 100% black screen video.

Other Notes: I was using the wegame video capturing device. It is an .avi

Hello mate, i had the same problem, but i made it up.
Totly free!
i downloaded ZuneConverter and converterd the file from AVI to WNV. then i made the film in Windows Movie Maker and save it as a film, dont as Windows movie maker want it tho, change it from "recomended" to your own, then save in format think it's named "high quality (PAL)"
hope this helps, take care mate
