Green Screening Blood Elves

In WoW Model Viewer, I've been putting a green screen a blood elf, when I record a motion and send it to Sony Vegas, I find the Chroma Keyer to get rid of the green. The thing is, it deletes the eyes out since they are green =P I've tried changing it to a different color, but none seem to work (character has brown hair, green eyes, and wearing all blue, if that helps any) does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this problem? I see blood elves just fine in lots of machinima and I don't know how they do it

well...only thing you can do is try different colors.

I have tried different colors, and they always make him look transparent

Use hot pink/purple. In hex it's #FF00FF

Your chroma keying is probably overscaled. You are not telling which effect in Vegas you are using but there are a number different one. Try to use chroma keying and if you do try using any other effect. Also try to change different variables in the effect, it may be that you got any additional effect on the clip that makes it opaque.
This have nothing to do with your model of choice being a bloodelf.
Or you may have the Oxhorn virus. The Oxhorn virus is like a kind of trojan horse but instead of letting other viruses in it will not let any elves out on your screen.

And last I will have you to google for "chroma keying guide Sony Vegas" or something likely.
I know that I found a great guide to keying when I googled.
Rovanion of Manticora and The Epic Crusaders of Zenedar EU has spoken. My opinions are my opinions. You dont have to like them.

I'm not sure what you mean. I just right click the clip, go to Video Event FX, click Sony Chroma Keyer, and put in the info to get rid of the color background. I've tried messing with the Threshold options and blur amounts, but those don't help. Are there other Sony video event FX's that will do the job? Also, I'm not sure what other effects could be on the clip to make it opaque. I just record it in WoW Model Viewer using Fraps, it's saved on my desktop, and I then add it to whatever I'm doing in Sony Vegas 7.
