Good Vegas Pro 8.0 Tutorial?

 I recently got this program. It looks cool but I'm having trouble finding a decent tutorial on it.

 I'm your tutorial.

I can webcam some stuff to help you learn the basics,I can record some sessions I do and filefront them,I can talk to you over msn and over the microphone,anyway that's convinient for you I'm happy enough to help a vegas learner :D

Most tutorials go over things you'll never use,I can show you within an hour the basic things that you only need to know and probably only ever need to know.If you want advanced stuff I can spend time another day doing that too.

 What software are you using to capture your screen Oxhorn?
I'm a little handy with Valves mapping tool and if there is any interest I could make some tutorials.

 Well I'll still upload mine,I've just been so busy this week it's just my luck that when I'm about to do something worthwhile tons of crap comes up like work etc just don't ask :P
