well zamros not quite what you explained, but only toon that really does that is gnome, and you wanted belf. you also didn't specify how you really wanted him to look, but the avatar size is so small anyway, you can't have a lot of detail or it'll look like mush anyway. this one should look alright since I made it a bit smaller than usual.
