Devil May Cry Machinimas

A machinima using Devil may Cry?

I agree,I was the one who originally set out to use Soul Calibur 4,Company of Heroes and Splinter Cell for machinimas,but bloody hell,using Devil May Cry?

Unless there's a replay feature in there,where you can pause etc,and move a camera,or there's a hack for custom cameras and prop spawning,or something out there to help you,then you're only hope is to do voice overs for cutscenes,which never goes well,unless you're a talented scripted comedy genius.

I'd love to help,but it's just one of those games where I'd have no idea where to start,it's not machinima accepted in my eyes.
If there's a way to do it though and you just can't do it,let me know by all means and I'll see what's available.

It could if you figured a way to detatch the camera and make an npc stand still or something.

As I said,if you managed to find a detachable camera or something...doesn't DMC have a 1st person camera anyway?

I remember in DMC 1 on the ps2 you could move the right stick and it would let you search around.Maybe if you changed the cfg files to either make you invisible,or to make the A.I turned off,you could just happen to find two people next to each other or something....who knows?

I haven't played any of them since DMC 1 though,I never played DMC2 because my friend said it was horrible with 2 characters etc,I played DMC3 on the pc and hated the controls,so never played passed level 1,and this new one hasn't given me a reason to buy it either so....

I looked around online,nothing about detatching the camera.My second opinion then is to rotate the camera where you can,to an enemy who won't attack you or something like that,and because a pc captures at high resolutions,just zoom in on the subject,but I'm talking if you're really desperate to do this,because to be honest,this is the point where'd I'd admit defeat at not being able to machinimate on it.

I have seen some people re-dub the cutscenes in games like Resident Evil 4 and a few others,I suppose if you can write good quirky dialogue,and make it seem like a subtle transition,and it's bloopers or something,then ye that could work too.

sigh....ive never played DMC but it looks sweet for a machinima.
