Annoying text that comes with fraps(and wowmapviewer)

Ríght, to everyone who's using fraps out there can someone plz tell me how to get rid of the annoying text you get in the top of the saved video. It says www.Fraps.com And the same question for wowmodelmapviewer, the text in the left side of the picture. Anyone know how to get rid of those?

You cant get rid of it. since your using the free version they put a water mark on it. If you buy the full version it will go away.

You should also try another recorder if possible, gamecam is quite nice if configured correctly, but I also believe that there are a few free one's out there that are rated even better than fraps, just harder to configure.

Or you could use.... WeGame? heh. In WoW Map Viewer, you have to press F4 to get rid of the text there. |

either use WeGame or you will have to put in a fake letterbox in editing to cover up the text that fraps puts there. Or buy fraps to remove it.

Zooming a bit when editing or making a bit letterbox is probably the best of ideas. Depending on what your intents are with the video you could do good with the WeGame client. If you just are going to upload it to WeGame.com. Go with the WeGame client. But if you want to do something else with it example: put it on a DVD. Buy fraps or do it the Yaarghh way.

The WeGame recorder is VERY good. I've not only uploaded videos here, I've uploaded them to other sites. My editor of choice on the PC (Ulead VideoStudio) handled them without a problem, and I was able to both upload them here and on other sites. You do need an editor that can take .avi files. No tool is for everyone (and if you're recording a game that WeGame can't handle yet, that's an issue) but it's definitely worth a try.

When I use Fraps, I enlarge what im recording or just move it up so thw www.Fraps.com is out of sight. Although, I use Adobe Premiere Pro, so I don't know if it's that simple to displace the unwanted URL on other editing programs.
I know other people can do better, but if you would like me to make you an Avatar picture like mine for Bebo, Myspace or WeGame, drop me your e-mail address and check your inbox. I enjoy making them, so it's no problem for me.
