I have a question, im thinkning about starting WoW, and i want to be a Tauren, but i can decide, Warrior Hunter or Shaman? and for primary professions, Miner/black smith or Skinner/leatherworker? and, what goes best with those three classes?

Depending on whether you choose a leather wearing class or a metal wearing class it's preferred do chose professions that makes you able to do the kind of armour you are going to wear.
And on the point of class, choose the one that feels right. Otherwise try them out and see which one you like the most.

All Tauren classes get a 5% HP boost, but that's usually more effective as a Warrior. You can be a Druid if you want, because it's either them or a night elf (shudder). If you want a Hunter, be a Troll. If you want a Shaman, get the expansion and be a Draenei.
