No? Servers generally don't have monitors attached to them... our servers are at a datacenter in Texas. The pictures are of my MacBook Pro and my two monitors on my desk that I use to work on the WeGame client. (and my two iPhones and hair elastics and some other shit)

You don't run real operating systems on them then. Either that, or get a (IP) KVM switch.

Then you only need a monitor for initial installation/network configuration. After you've installed sshd, you don't need a monitor for anything. o.O
