Add me to the list of Mac fans, typing this on an iMac in Safari. Yes, I have a PC for games (used Boot Camp for a while, but so much nicer keeping the Mac going for communications while playing on the PC).

The funny thing about Apple is that even my Zune prefers Quicktime movie files over WMV's >_ |

jmpwalsh, depends on what you want to do with it. The iTouch is clearly the more powerful and flexible device. Much larger screen for watching video, can do things like WiFi web browsing, email. And with the SDK going official next month, you'll be able to add other programs. The Nano, on the other hand, is far more portable, has longer battery life (I believe), and is cheaper. If you're looking for a music/audio player for playing on the run, the nano is great. |

iPod Touch has pretty wild battery life. Nano is maybe more portable if you're into tight clothing and no pockets...

I only like apples etc for two things, they make buying music easier (if people did :P) and secondly they have some great film, stop motion and photo editing programs. It's more of a creative mans computer, but I've used pc all my life so I've never found a mac "easier" like other creative types I know. I'll give apple that much...

I miss my mac. However, this was before they switched over to Intel. G4/G5 baby! Seeing all the Intel macs these days really does make me want to purchase another one. Vista is utter crap. I don't care what anyone says but it is nice when its working. However, seems ever so often something else is broken or breaks due to faulty drivers. Come on, 2 years since release and Windows 7 already around the corner? I feel Vista is the next Windows ME. However, it's so shiny!

Yeah apple does seem to appeal to those "creative" people out there. =P |
