Well that was because EA doesn't deserve money for the work of Westwood Suicid3. EA ruined the C&C.

Private servers are only illegal in countries with laws against reverse engineering of software. Which is probably why they're mostly hosted in third-world countries.

The use of private servers breaks against the EULA that you agree when you start the game. Suicide I was just telling you why I justified the use of torrent sharing Red Alert 2.
