i thought in the wegame ToS it said "we may talk about whatever we please but we're on our own for the consequences..." or something to that tune of "wegame not held responsible" but its all the same, i like wegame and do not wish it that kind of fate as a big ol' blizz lawsuit

Private servers DO NOT damage ur gaming experience. Theres a priv. serv for everyone, if you wanna play official like WoW but cant be bothered to pay, simply choose a standard rates server, if you just wanna muck around choose a fun or insta70 server, and if you just like to kill people many sites offer strictly PVP servers.

But that is only if you find yourself too fine, too great to not pay for what you take.
Rovanion of Manticora and The Epic Crusaders of Zenedar EU has spoken. My opinions are my opinions. You dont have to like them.

The problem I see with private servers is similar to using cheat codes to play a game is that there is no feeling of achievement. Plus no private server has to guarantee their security so you open yourself up to trojans, keyloggers, or virii. Besides, I rather pay a flat rate for WoW then play some "free" game who will hit me up for RMT's like Oblivion does on the Xbox (Let's pay $4.00 for horse armor)

if you do it on a private server you can. but its actually possible to be arrested. its the same kiind of thing as pirating songs and such
