Though I have to agree with borderlands too, altough you requested something with brains, so I'll go with L4D? lots of brains splattered there. Jk, wouldn't get L4D even if I get paid. Anyways, Mass Effect and Fallout 3 could do too, though they're older, and Fable 2, of course.
