Guild Wars... Used to be my favorite before I got into WoW... However I eagerly await GW2.
eve online has the highest learning curve of any game; which eliminates the immature. excellent minus the fact that it is pay to play.

The Cronicles of Spellborn is by far the best mmorpg out there. First of all, it is free and second, the combat system is revolutionary. Just check it out and you will agree.
