Best strategy game?? Galactic Civilizations is far and away the best. Next best would probably be Alpha Centari. Then Master of Orion. The next after that would probably be Civilization 2 or 4. Then Railroad Tycoon 2. Then maybe we can start talking about those RTS games. (SPORE!?!?)
Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour is the best strategy game I have ever played :P
